Return Window

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a limited return window of 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Spoiled Products: If you believe a product has spoiled prematurely, please contact us with details and photos of the product. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" situations due to the perishable nature of food and hygiene concerns.

Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective.

Products Beyond the Return Window: Products returned after the 14-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
