Tried them in Tassie, most delicious dates ever, and the brekkie mix absolutely divine with the rose flavours.Had to send some to my daughter who is also now addicted. Excellent quality and presentation.

Love this. The garlic is devine and the vinegar just so full of flavour

Shiraz paste

Excellent. Made chicken thigh schnitzels. Marinated chicken thighs in paste and used finely ground walnuts for the breadcrumbs. I call these fesenjan schnitzels.

Tira syrup and love dates.

Used to make date syrup ice cream (vanilla ice cream, tira syrup, mascaone cheese, gum mastika) served drizzled with more syrup, love dates, crushed pistachios and rose petals. Absolutely delicious.

Kolompeh

Second order online and I'll be back. First bite of kolompeh and I thought I was in paradise. Persian love dates are superb and I can't wait to try the tira syrup. Thanks Adar.
